Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

As the official charity supporting the RAF Air Cadets we are excited to be working with Defence Relationship Management on their Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) to support employers in achieving Bronze, Silver and Gold.

The Air Cadet Charity provides Air Cadets and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers with funding, sponsorship, and support to expand horizons, promote development and to get the best from the RAF Air Cadet experience.
