10 Royal Air Force Air Cadets have been awarded Air League Flying Scholarships funded by the Air Cadet Charity, giving them the opportunity to undertake 12 hours of flying training.

Administered by The Air League, the scholarships provide valuable hands-on flying experience, helping young people develop aviation knowledge, practical skills and confidence in the air.

For many aspiring aviators, opportunities like these can be a significant stepping stone towards future careers in aviation and aerospace. By funding these scholarships, the Air Cadet Charity is helping to remove financial barriers and ensure talented young people can access life-changing experiences regardless of their circumstances.

Alongside the 10 Flying Scholarships funded by the Air Cadet Charity, The Air League awarded a further range of flying opportunities to Air Cadets in 2026, including 10 additional Flying Scholarships, 20 Gliding Scholarships and one Electric Flying Scholarship.
